Question:
This patient has a mild Class 2 Div 2 with the UR3 in crossbite. There is mild crowding of the lower incisor teeth. Is this case suitable for treatment with the Inman Aligner? Which arch is better to treat first?

Answer:
This case is not an ideal case simply because of the position of the canines. The crossbite and rotations are not easy to deal with and the patient would be better off with fixed orthodontics. If fixed ortho was out of the question, it is possible to improve the alignment with a combination of Inman Aligner and Clear Aligners, but the result would be compromised. I would avoid this case until you have a bit more experience.
