Question:
This patient has mild upper crowding with the UL2 in crossbite. Is this case suitable for the Inman Aligner?

Answer:
This is a good case. Obviously you will need a posterior bite plane to allow the lateral incisors to jump the bite. Make sure it is extremely thin as they don't need to be very thick as labs often make them. You will need a standard upper Inman Aligner with 010 springs. Carry out IPR from UR3 to UL3. This should work relatively quick. You may need a composite anchor on the palatal incisal of the upper laterals to ensure the bow engages well.
