This patient had an anterior crossbite. Her UR1, UL1 and UL2 were trapped lingual to the lower teeth. Her treatment consisted of an upper and lower Inman Aligner and a Bite Raising Appliance. The upper Aligner worked to procline and the lower worked to retrocline the incisors. Both were worn simultaneously. The transformation seen six weeks into her treatment was amazing.
