Question:
This patient has mild upper crowding. Is it a good case for the Inman Aligner and how would I proceed with the treatment?

Answer:
This is a good case for the Inman Aligner. The lab prescription would be: Standard Upper Inman Aligner, 010x030 Springs, IPR on all teeth from mesial of canine to canine, 0.13mm per contact per appointment. A small composite anchor on the labial surface of the upper left central incisor may help to ensure that the labial bow stays in the incisal 1/3. A Spacewize analysis reveals that there is 0.6mm of crowding, which is well within the treatment range. This case should take approximately 8-10 weeks to complete.
