Question:
In this case I would use an upper Aligner to correct the position with minimal IPR, composite blobs to aid rotations, and would probably finish alignment with one or two Clear Aligners. The ideal arch measurement is 42.17, combined teeth measurement is 41.83, and the discrepancy is -0.34 (extra space). I would review the lowers after the uppers. I would use a lower Aligner to correct position (after upper is completed), composite blobs to aid rotations, and would probably finish alignment with one or two Clear Aligners. The ideal arch measurement is 32.85, combined teeth measurement is 34.16, and discrepancy is 1.31. Any feedback or advice would be gratefully received.

Answer:
You will not be able to do much with the upper right canine on its own. You can correct the Class 2 Div 2 relationship, but the canine would need to be pushed over the bite with Clears immediately after the IA. These will obviously act as a bite raising appliance and shift the tooth over. You could use these to do any finishing on the incisors simultaneously. You can also derotate that canine at the same time by widening it with composites on the cusp. Add it on the mesial and distal inclines to turn the tooth into a square shape, then get the clears made. It gives terrific grip, far better than the composite blobs used by Invisalign; then cut them off after. This is something I will cover in the advanced course but it will work here.
