Question:
What do you think about this case for the Inman Aligner?

Answer:
I am assuming this patient is about to undergo a major course of perio. Currently I would not perform any treatment. It may be possible to treat, but this is not a case I would suggest to start with because it will require some extrusion. I strongly suggest a referral for fixed braces to extrude. Besides, I suspect the perio will take a while to treat anyway!
