In this case the patient requested that his multiple diastemas were closed. At first glance the case looks easy BUT the lower canines were in buccal cross-bite. Whilst it would have been possible to correct the cross-bite via aggressive preparations the patient was happy to wear clear aligners for 12 weeks to bring these teeth into the correct arch form. The preparations were then carried out with only the most minimal reduction in specific areas and scribing of the margins supra-gingival. The zoomed image shows no facial prep of the upper centrals. In all 16 feldspathic veneers created this fantastic result with minimal intervention.
