This young lady was concerned about the irregular appearance of her upper teeth. She was getting married soon and was unwilling to have any treatment taking longer than 6 months or fixed to her teeth.

Her case required a midline expander incorporated onto her Inman Aligner to create a little extra space to allow nearly 5mm of crowding to be corrected This case took only 14 weeks start to finish.

In this case a fan screw was used to create the required space for the UL2 to be aligned. The fan screw also opened the bite enough for the tooth to jump the crossbite.

The expansion took 6 weeks with a z-spring applying light pressure to the UL2. An Inman aligner finished the case in another 6 weeks. Note how much better the gingival aesthetics are.
